She did try to lend some bluesy touches here and there but though there were vocally no perceptible blemishes, you just got the feeling right from the outset that the aggro needed in this particular song was missing despite Alexis’ attempts to toughen it up with some snarls. At the start of the video, looks like the other judges try to desperately warn Paula about the camera capturing her reactions to the Alexis clip rolling on-screen.
