This post is way after Alexis got eliminated from Idol. This performance was closer to the Dolly version than Brooke White’s performance of Jolene last season, but quite horrible. Only the opening lines seemed headed somewhere. The worst was when she attempted the humming section. Glad she’s out cos the controlled look on her face as judges mete out their verdict is quite unnerving to watch.
