American Idol Atlanta Georgia Worst Funniest Auditions

Watch American Idol auditions from Atlanta, Georgia audition round featuring funny crazy videos of the worst. This video includes:

Nathan Hite – Self-professed 9th grade repeater, this guy with all the cocky confidence of a 16 year old, promised to come up with a bunch of witty retorts in case everyone’s favourite Simon Cowell attempted to get under his skin. He actually almost pulled it off, but in the end Simon’s huge experience at Idol auditions got him through. This guy had his moments though. He did Paralyzer by Finger Eleven. I guess things started to fall apart a bit when the quality of his singing came under Simon’s harsh scrutiny. A very good watch though.

JP Tjelmeland – Auditioned for American Idol Season 4, but was one of those screwed by American Idol types. Watch him talking about how Carrie Underwood – winner from that season – was just two people away from him in the waiting row during the auditions. But isn’t every famous person always two people away from someone? This isn’t one of those funny auditions. More like a sad pitiful audition, especially when you hear he’s a major in music –singing – well apparently that’s what he claims. “My pen has more charisma” is what Simon Cowell says.

Eva Miller – Claims to be in love with Simon Cowell. She trips and slips on her Idol sticker-tag during her audition. Simon brings her close to tears after being convinced it’s all part of a staged act. I personally think, she actually slipped, though the legs up in the air and stuff that followed was probably staged. After he sees that she’s ready to burst, Simon goes easy on her and they hug and get comfy. Watch, laugh and then change the channel i.e. move on to the next video.

Short audition clips of:
Michael Gregory – Sings Akon’s I Wanna Love You – doing this edited version as compared to I Wanna F*** You – obviously didn’t help him any which way.
Chris Lars – Does a version of the 1930s opera piece by George Gershwin, Summertime in his version of a kilt. One of the most covered songs of all time along with Yesterday, this doesn’t quite work.

Jared Wiley – I have no idea what he sang but the internet says it was Henry Purcell’s I’ll Sail Upon a Dog Star. Just get the feeling he’s lived in a house with too many wannabe operatic women around.
