This song was most famously covered by Whitney Houston and in the past by Sister Sledge and Luther Vandross (at least, that’s what the net tells me)
Simon Cowell who has been notoriously ruthless in the past on contestants who’ve sung Whitney Houston took on Chikezie tonight after confirming it was indeed a Whitney song. I thought it was quite a good vocal performance though the parting look on Chikezie’s face after the song was done, was quite irritating. Like he had just given the most intense performance of his life.
