Tonight, Colton Berry sang the song Suspicious Minds by Elvis Presley during the 1st Round of the top 24 contestants at American Idol 2008 Season 7. This is such a beautiful song with the tempo slowing down and then picking up on and off again. The problem with Colton Berry’s performance was that his performance-moves built up a lot of expectation that fell short, each time one of those tempo changes happened.
