David Archuleta Sings Shop Around on American Idol
Tonight, David Archuleta sang the song Shop Around by Smokey Robinson w/t Miracles during the 1st Round of the top 24 contestants at American Idol 2008 Season 7. This week, the theme was the 60s.
David Archuleta sounds like his voice has just cracked or something. On the whole, an American Idol kind of first round performance that drew generous applause from the judges. It will be interesting to see however, how he goes with songs that require higher scales. Watch some kiddish elbow jostling between Ryan Seacrest and David Archuleta towards the end of this video.
