Other than some Eleanor Rigby like violin work, once again, David Cook’s arrangement abilities without an existing cover to reference, came to the fore.

Interestingly, this Aerosmith song written by Diane Warren (who appears in the video at the end) was the only Aerosmith song to reach No 1. All those wonderful songs penned by the band and it takes someone else to get them to the top.
