The stupid whiny buzz about and Iris rip off is totally uncalled for. If you listen to the original, the strings in that section are dead on from the original, just moved into a minor key to fit the arrangement. If there was anything wrong with Eleanor Rigby, it was on the head of FOX and AI not David Cook. For that matter I've listened to both and hear some similarity that should definitely be credited, but that is the job of AI's LEGION of lawyers-- not David Cook. For that matter, the tiny un-known band should thank it's lucky stars that David wanted to do a rock version of that song and put them on the friggin' map with a performance that was 100 times better than the one on their myspace page.
