Think the problem with this performance was that right at the start Jesse tried to make it a very classy silken kind of vocal – she could have sung it normally and it would have been cool cos it’s such a lovely song. And there’s also that annoying bit at the end where she has a conversation going with the judges rather than listening to their critique.
