Watch Ramiele Malubay – one of the Top 10 contestants at American Idol 2008 Season 7 – sing the Heart song Alone. The theme was music from the year of the contestants’ birth.
Well Paula Abdul educated everyone on Ramiele’s health problems around the throat region. I’m not sure if that’s the reason – but you could actually hear her hitting an invisible ceiling in this song that requires seriously powerful vocals. Carly tried it at Hollywood and came off ok. Ramiele’s strength is the performer in her and she should probably choose her songs accordingly.
