Syesha Mercado Sings Me and Mrs Jones on American Idol
Tonight, Syesha Mercado – one of the Top 10 girls contestants at American Idol 2008 Season 7 – sang the song Me and Mrs Jones by Billy Paul, also covered by Michael Buble. Of course, inventive Syesha changed the title around to Me and Mr Jones.
A pretty ordinary performance except for the part where she really lets it go on ‘meeeee aaaand…’, which seems to be her forte. At the beginning of this clip watch Syesha do a fantastic impersonation of a baby’s cry.
